Return Policy

At Poisson Bleu, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Apparel Only: We currently accept returns for apparel items. Accessories, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
1. Use the Provided Return Label: To ensure proper processing, all returns must be shipped using the provided return label. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Restocking Fee: A $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged Returns: If an item is returned with signs of wear, washing, or damage, a $12 damage fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items:
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.
